Depending on your account and regional availability, you may be able to request a physical card directly from the Nova platform.

What Is a Physical Card?

A physical card is a payment card linked to your Nova account.

It can be used anywhere the supported payment network is accepted, subject to applicable restrictions and merchant acceptance.

Like a virtual card, a physical card includes:

  • Card number
  • Expiration date
  • Security code (CVV)

Unlike a virtual card, it can also be used for in-person purchases and ATM withdrawals where supported.

  1. Navigate to the Cards section.
  2. Select Request Physical Card.
  3. Confirm your delivery information.

You will be notified when your request has been processed.

Acceptance depends on the supported payment network and the merchant’s payment capabilities.
